My personal Best Buys for Mummy and Baby.

My Best Friend Breastfeeding Pillow

This breastfeeding pillow really lived up to its name, it was really my best friend.  My father in law bought me one seeing how I struggled getting the right position to feed my newborn.  By the time I had my perfect position, baby was so hungry feeding turned into a night mare.  This breastfeeding pillow clips around your waist for lumber support and acts as a “table” that you place baby on to bring them higher up for easy feeding. I found this breastfeeding pillow very helpful. Being on the short side this breastfeeding pillow helped me to get baby at the right height from my lap to the breast.  Before I had this breastfeeding pillow I had 2 sets of yellow pages under my feet a pillow behind my back in order to get the perfect position.  I would highly recommend this breastfeeding pillow for every new mum it makes breastfeeding so mush easier.

Good Nursing Bras

I bought three good nursing bras and they were worth every penny. One to wear, one for wash and one spare. Good nursing bras is essential to prevent breast muscles and tissue to over stretch.  After all they have to accommodate a fair amount of "Super M" (Super Milk).  I personally prefer a bra that provides definition between my assets as appose to one continual boob with two nipples.  The bra on the on the right always gave me that impression, but there are mums that swears by them. For me they were great to sleep in and for days when I was really felt engorged. I found the sexy ones nice to look at but they hardly did their job.  There were no support especially when your are on the larger size when pregnant and breastfeeding.  I wanted a bra that kept my assets in good position and gave it good shape instead of extra belly higher up on my body.  This is an essential buy for all expecting mothers and if you a buy a good pair they will last of a second time around.
