Memory quilts,bears and pillows

Meet our Keepsake Memory Friends.

Save your memories from a special time in your life.  Our Memory Quilt, Memory Bear and Memory Pillows are made from and with pure love.  All our quilts,bears and pillows are unique, hand-made and constructed with attention to detail to ensure long-lasting quality.  We take special care of your baby’s clothes by transforming it into an everlasting memory and keepsake.

How it works:

1. Download the order form from our website for either a Memory Quilt, Memory Bear or Memory Pillow(use the same order form as for the quilt).  Please complete the order form and e mail it back to us at bubblesandbibs@gmail.com   or include it with your order when delivering your Memory Pack.  
2. Select your precious out fits that you would like us to use in your Memory Bear,Quilt or Pillow. Please include any other material such as bedding, blankets that you would like to have incorporated.  Please make sure that all the clothes and materials are washed and dried before sending.  Make sure to include any specific requests on your order form. 
3. Send your your Memory pack to the address on the order form. Please see the available sizes and prices below.
4. As soon as we receive your Memory pack either via post, drop off or collection, Bubbles and Bibs will send you an invoice accordingly. If you are in the ACT we can arrange for pick up and drop off. 
5. Please pay the invoice as work will only commence once payment is received. 
6. If required, we will correspond with you through the making process to make sure we meet your expectations.  As far as we can we will try and keep you updated with photos on the progress.
7. Turnaround time for the Memory Quilt would be between six and eight weeks depending on the size.
8. Turnaround time for the Memory Bear would be approximately four to six weeks per Memory Keepsake.  During the Holiday season turnaround time is six to eight weeks.
9. At completion we will send you and email with the postage tracking number for your records.

Notes:

Clothing is cut up into squares to align with the correct size of my patterns.  If graphics on the clothing are bigger than the block, please understand that some of the graphics will be cut off.  I always try to get the best part of the clothing, such as a name, monogram etc. however understand that this is not always possible.

My goal is to use everything you send me, but if I have any leftovers I can send them back to you with your completed quilt or bear.  Scrap material will be discarded. 

You can send any type of fabric or item with the exception of:

• Silk;
• Swimsuits;
• Hats and bonnets or toboggans; and
• Underwear.

Memory Quilt

The table below sets out the range of quilts we are able to make including price, size, pieces of clothing required and approximate delivery time frames.

Memory Keepsake Bear

• Memory bear and other animal $95.00 including embroidery
• If its PREM clothes, please send at least 15 items. 
• If its bigger than 12-18 month clothes you can send only 8 pieces.
• The more clothes you send, the better your keepsake will turn out.
• If you send clothes and its not enough I will add off cuts of my own material. 
• We do not wash clothes before we make a keepsake - please send the clothes in a good and clean condition.

Memory/Photo Pillow

Memory Pillows is a great reminder of the days gone by.  They are the perfect keepsake with memories preserved in each single square.

We hand make these memory pillows from your little ones outgrown clothes.  The back is white cotton unless you send a receiving blanket to use instead.  There are two sizes in our range:

• 16'' x 16'' - square pillow is $95 (including embroidery and pillow insert)
• Standard pillow case - $115 (including embroidery, BUT excluding pillow insert)

Please Note:

Our keepsake Bear and friends are not recommended to be used as soft toys. They are not safety approved and they do not comply with any soft toy safety guidelines. Each keepsake is stitched with a home sewing machine and some detailing finished by hand. 

Due to the mixture of fabric, beads and eyes they will not withstand play by children. We do not accept any liability for the misuse of these products. We do not give refunds as every item is made of personal clothes and we cannot re sell items. We pride ourselves not to copy products. 

We will not accept any responsibilities in the event of chocking due to parts coming loose as it is not a toy. By placing an order with us you indemnify us of any claims and you agree to our terms and conditions.
